Educational software and customer-directed handoff
The service provides software-generated market observations, research, educational content, and a customer-controlled prompt handoff to third-party AI and brokerage services. Iceberg Capital is not your broker, custodian, fiduciary, or portfolio manager. You remain responsible for reviewing every broker preview, authorizing or rejecting orders, monitoring activity, and deciding whether the workflow is appropriate for you.
Connections and credentials
You must connect only accounts that you own or are legally authorized to use. Never give Iceberg your brokerage password, PIN, verification code, or access token. Third-party connectivity, order support, authentication, availability, data handling, and execution are controlled by the applicable AI platform and broker.
Market and automation risk
Stocks and options involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. AI agents and automation may misunderstand instructions, act on stale or incomplete information, fail, or become unavailable. A software trailing reference is not a broker-held stop order or continuous protection unless an active monitor is running. Trigger and market prices are not guaranteed.
Subscription and acceptable use
Three Buy and three Short signals are free to view. Full Stock Access costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Options are a future feature and are not included in the current membership. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be shared, resold, scraped, copied, or used unlawfully.
Availability and liability
Market data, alerts, and software may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and Iceberg Capital is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made from the service.
