You may request cancellation through the secure Support Center. Cancel before the 30-day trial ends to avoid the first $20 charge, or before a later renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally create a refund for a completed billing period.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except when required by law. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly through Support and will be reviewed individually.
A failed or disputed payment may result in restricted premium access. Approved refunds or chargebacks may also end the associated membership access.
Sign in and use the secure Support Center. Include the billing date and the last four digits shown on your receipt; never send a full card number or password.
