We collect account identifiers, verified email identity, name, username, phone number, acceptance records, membership status, support messages, and service activity needed to operate and secure the platform. Stripe processes card and billing information; Iceberg Capital does not store readable card numbers.
Information is used to provide accounts and membership access, process and reconcile subscriptions, prevent fraud, deliver support, enforce policies, and maintain the service.
Information may be shared with service providers such as Stripe and hosting providers only as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect rights and security. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through the secure Support Center. Some records may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
