Separate capital-management terms
Capital management is separate from Iceberg Black membership. For an approved relationship covered by a signed agreement, the displayed schedule is a 5% management fee and a 44% performance fee. Final eligibility, calculation method, billing timing, permissions, and termination terms are defined in writing. No return or outcome is promised.
Your control
Review tools prepare text for you to inspect and copy. Iceberg never receives brokerage credentials, accesses accounts, or places orders. You approve every action with your provider.
